Marketplace Activity Data

• Quote requests and responses exchanged on the Platform
• Listing details including pricing, descriptions, and images you publish
• Chat and direct message content between you and other users on the Platform
• Subscription, credit-pack, and add-on purchases you make from LithoPrime (handled by our payment processor — we never see card details)

We do not collect or store records of off-platform purchases, shipments, or payments that you arrange with another user — those occur outside of LithoPrime.

Usage Data

• Pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform
• Search queries and filter selections
• Device type, browser, IP address, and approximate location

• To provide and maintain the marketplace platform
• To facilitate B2B connections between stone buyers and vendors

3. Information Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

• Between Platform Users: Your public business profile (name, location, vendor types, listings) is visible to other platform users. Premium members of the Vendor Network can view vendor directory profiles.
• Service Providers: We use third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and analytics that may process your data on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government regulation.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including password hashing (bcrypt), encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), session-based authentication with JWT tokens, and role-based access controls. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records, trade documentation). Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

6. International Data Transfers

As a global B2B marketplace connecting vendors and buyers across 48+ countries, your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your home country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including standard contractual clauses where required under GDPR or equivalent data protection frameworks.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
